Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the results PERILEA products deliver, which is why we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. We encourage you to use your product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product any time after 14 days and within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care to package every product securely, but if your item arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged packaging such as dented boxes, where the product inside is unharmed, is not considered product damage.

To report a damaged item, email support@perilea.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping issues. For delivery concerns, please contact the courier directly. PERILEA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
