At PERILEA, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no hidden fees, no minimum spend.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and other factors outside of our control.
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days
🌍 Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
Please note: During busy seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates. For international orders, customs clearance may also add extra time.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or cancellations.
If our system flags an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@perilea.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after this window.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. While we ship as quickly as possible, delivery times can be affected by factors outside of our control — including severe weather, courier delays, customs processing, or transportation disruptions.
In rare cases, product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues may also cause delays. If any of these occur, we’ll notify you right away and work with you to resolve them.
Please note: PERILEA cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after being handed to the courier, please contact support@perilea.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
We recommend also reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require information only you can provide. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
While PERILEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and such cases are not covered under our refund policy, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement.
